Complete the employer registration
Employer registration for the APS DFD Meeting Job Fair will be open on July 24. Employers are encouraged to participate regardless of APS membership status.
Recruit job seekers from around the globe to your company, national lab, or institution. APS DFD Meeting 2024 is expected to bring in an audience of 3,500+ attendees.
If you are attending the APS DFD Meeting solely to service a Job Fair booth, you must register for the meeting. Contact the APS Careers Program Manager regarding meeting registration once you have reserved a tabletop.
If you wish to attend scientific sessions at the APS DFD Meeting, you will need to register separately.
In-person meeting Job Fair hours
Set up
Set-up must be completed on Sunday, November 24 before the Exhibit Hall opens at 10:00 a.m. Please plan to arrive at the Salt Palace Convention Center on Saturday, November 23.
Job Fair hours
Job seekers will visit the APS DFD Meeting Job Fair in the Exhibit Hall during these convenient times:
- Sunday, November 24, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, November 25, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, November 26, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

- October 28: Job seeker registration opens.
- November 1: Employer registration closes, and employers post job openings on the APS Job Board.
- November 24: The Job Fair is live at APS DFD Meeting.
- December 13: This date is the last day to view jobs and search resumes on the APS Job Board.
