The annual Gallery of Fluid Motion is a visual record of the aesthetic and science of contemporary fluid mechanics, to be shared both with fellow researchers and the general public.
Previous years’ entries are available on the Gallery of Fluid Motion website.
Submissions
Computational and experimental entries are encouraged. You may only submit either a poster or a video entry.
Outstanding posters, selected by a panel of referees, will be recognized during the meeting, displayed at the annual APS spring meeting in March 2025, and appear in the September 2025 issue of Physical Review Fluids.
Videos will be available on the Gallery of Fluid Motion website. Posters submitted to the Gallery of Fluid Motion must be uploaded before the APS DFD Annual Meeting and brought to the meeting to hang in the exhibit hall.
